Angel in Action RI collected lots of gifts to send to RI Army National Guard troops that are in a secluded area overseas.
Debbie Roffo with Jeremy, who has cerebral palsy and communicates with an iPad. When his iPad broke, his mother wondered how she would get the money to fix it. Roffo's angels stepped up and bought him a brand new one.
